Owo I have a question here!!! *hands up* I thought zbrush works smoothly only on squared faces? but you have a mixture of tris everywhere. How are you suppose to make something that smooth on zbrush when ure wireframe is all around the place???
The wireframe one is the final cage/mesh for the game model so that's why you can see some tris everywhere. The shot next to the wireframe is how normal map looks like on the low poly model. I need to triangulate some areas in order to save the number of polygons. The ZBrush model is quads only though. But with the new Polish brush in ZBrush 3.5 and 4, now you can smooth it out any weird artifact quite easily. So tehnically, you could have tris on your ZBrush model now but I'd try to keep everything quads and evenly spaced.
